REPORTS - Employee Tips & Service Charge Summary

This video provides instructions on how to run an employee sales report for tips/gratuities to be added to the payroll. 

The Employee Sales report also provides a breakdown of the products sold by each employee during the time period of the reported data. 

The Service Charge Summary is used for those privates that apply an automatic service charge to each order. This total is then broken out per SOPs.
