If you are presented with a blank white screen when trying to use the Partake Application, then it means there is no connection to the server. Please cycle Wi-Fi off and try to access the POS APP via data only. If the issue still persists, please hard close* and reopen the Partake App.
If data is confirmed working but still no connection to the Partake APP, delete and re-install the Partake POS App from the APP Store.
*hard close instructions for Apple devices - double tap home button or hold down application page until all open/running applications are displayed on a screen with an option to swipe/close off the screen.
